The creation of a new Alliance of Nations to replace the outdated United Nations is an urgent and essential task for the governments of all developing and threshold countries. The principle of One Country, One Vote is central to this new framework to ensure that the health and economic interests of the people and governments of the developing world are protected from the malign influence of the financial groups behind the corporate colonial interests rife in the industrialized world.

You have a responsibility, as head of state, to clearly acknowledge the inability of the current United Nations Organization to effectively represent the interests of the developing world and an equal responsibility to establish a new world body that has the protection and advancement of the rights of the people as its core function. The Dr. Rath Health Foundation has proposed founding principles for such a new Alliance of Nations and I encourage you to work with them and other developing nations to start building a new world today. We have no time to lose.
